Pathetic Service!!!

I bought a lounge suite from Ellerines Middelburg March 2012, August 2012 i reported that the lounge suite is busy "sagging" and on the place where its been stiched it's coming loose. No response, I hade to phone them 2-3 times a week they never came back to me. On the 7th of February they came and pick up the lounge suite, phoned yesterday 28/02/2013 and asked if they followed up to see where my lounge suite is and no one no where or whats going on!!! I told them that i dont whant that lounge suite back and that they can give me a diffrent one for the same value. NO Respose also!!! I mean how long can it take to fix or replace it. This is nearly a month again and i am just FED UP!!!
