I bought Tony and Guy (top up straightener) product 3 times and twice and i had to exchange it or get a refund, but on the third time i didn't have my clicks slip and Fulzin Radio went the extra mile to call clicks club card call centre and asked for them to forward her the slip do that she can do the exchange and for that I'm really grateful. I work in the customer service industry as well and i know what it is to go the extra mile for a customer and she did just that hope Clicks acknowledge there stuff when it comes to providing excellent service like my company does...
