TONY AND GUY HAIRDRYER

I purchased a Tony and Guy Hairdryer from clicks which was on sale fr R399 about 9 months ago. I no longer have the slip. However the hairdryer when used for ONLY 3 minutes, OVERHEATS and then automaticdally shuts off, i havent even dried 3 strands of hairl its ridiculous. when i confronted clicks, they insisted that i have the slip, (which i do understand). But in this instance, i purchased goods, (which they know that they have in stock) yet i feel they are passing the buck, as they do NOT WANT TO EXCHANGE IT.

All I WANT IS A HAIRDRYER THAT STAYS ON FOR LONGER THAN 3 MINUTES, AND DOESNT overheat. Please can i just bring it it, and pay the difference for a new hairdryer as i cannot go on like this!! or who do i contact?? Tony and Guy
