CLICKS MEADOWRIDGE HUMILIATION/DISAPPOINTING

I have supported Clicks for over 38 years I loved clicks when it was "family store" you could get anything there A few years ago it "upgraded" was not impressed but continued shopping because of convenience and sometimes specials. I bough Nivea Shaving Foam instead of Gel on one of my shopping trips. I went to change this item last night, the lady asked if I had the slip and when did I purchase this, of course I had not slip and told her that I bought it end of the month, HUGE interrogation!! she phoned Head Office I presume, and asked them to check if this item was on my slip - it was not on this slip. A few minutes after I arrived at Clicks another lady brought in a Heavenly product and said she need to change it, again she was asked if she a slip, I don;t know her reply but I noticed that they did change the product for her. After the humiliation of this kind of service (what service) I told the lady who "helped" me that it was OK I would ask the change the product at Checkers, next door to Clicks, exchanged without question I also told the lady to keep my clicks card as I would NOT be using it again. I have Diskem Card also with points, friendlier, cheaper CLICKS STINKS
