BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE RENDERED

On the 28/02/2013 I Have just been to Edgards store in sandton city and I have NEVER had such a bad experience in my life. I get to the payment points where there was 8 cashiers whom were cashing up and yet there was a long que of customers whom needed to pay and they all just looked at us as we don't matter, proximate time was 16H40. At 16H50 that's when one of the ladies decided to assist us and when I raised my concern, they all looked at me as if I'm cazy! I work with customers at my company and I always advise my consultant that till the last customer leaves the premises, no one is allowed to leave net alone cash up. Please address the matter as I am very upset about what I've just saw.
