I have been shopping at this Pick 'N Pay for over 20 years now, but thy really went downhill these last years.

There's always long cues. They only ever open about 3 tills out of the 15 or so available. Not even to mention the express till. "Express" is a joke. I have waited half an hour to buy bread and milk.

Also, over the last year or so, I've had to return a lot of products that were off. When I complain to the manager/supervisors, I am met with complete apathy. They don't seem to want to make their Pick N Pay a better place. Sure, they've upgraded a lot on cosmetics recently, but that doesn't make up for bad service, long cues and out of date products.

The Sinoville community have supported this Pick N Pay for a long tiome, now everytime I go there I only hear complaints from fellow shoppers. Pick N Pay has to seriously intervine, otherwise they will lose the suppor of their community!
