Firstly, in 2012 had more or less the same issue...
every week someone from Identity would phone me and tell me my account is in arrears...
But these phone calls ONLY happen when i do EFT payments - and i've double checked my acc number was entered to show on their statement.
Last week i received a phone call saying that my LAST payment was made in Dec my account is now in arrears and i need to pay the X amount... I told the staff member that this was incorrect payment was done in Jan and Feb this year as well... I've sent proof of payments... Now this morning ANOTHER staff member phones me with the same story... And that my account will be handed over, blah blah blah!!! It's not my problem if you guys dont do your work!!! I've made up my mind - i'll clear the account and THEN CLOSE THE ACCOUNT... No one ever replies to my email requests - i've emailed a million time to request a statement - havent even received a blank mail from them...
