2 Weeks and still no resolution

I have now been calling Standardbank VAF for the past 2 weeks with regards to my account being in arrears, i have been told that i need to fax through a proof of payment which i have done 3 times, as each time i have been given a different fax number. I get told on two separate occasions the amount i am in arrears yet each time the amount is different.
At first i was told that 2 payments were reversed for the month of May, I was then told a week later the payments were received and it was the month of June's payment that wasn't received.
I have sent through 4 proof of payments and they somehow have no record of it, i have even email [Email Removed] and get told nothing has been received. It is getting tiresome now phoning everyday and then not getting any assistance or being told no notes are on the system from the previous days phone call. To me VAF Standard bank is a load of and i will o encourage people to steer clear of financing vehicles through them as there level of assistance is rubbish, How many more phone calls do i need to make to them in order to get this issue sorted out. My payments are all up to day and all proof of payments have been sent to them.
