Pathetic service from both supervisors or managers

My tummy turned just from getting the service at clicks yesterday. Around 10:28 am, i got served by a lady who scanned everything and then realised she scanned twice, now she has to ask Mfundisi to void the transaction. This mfundisi guy was plain rude... gosh. he told me he cant void but i must go to another till i questioned him as to why the till wasnt working at all. He told me some made up story. he the told me instead of asking me to ge to another till where the same transaction has to be processed and the guy now started scanning withough scanning my clicks card. he now has to start all over. this is just one transaction performed 3 times by two people. i requested a store manager (zola) who seem not interested in knowing that the issue is or even asking her subordinates what was soooo worng with them being duermekaar so vroeg. the service is bad bad bad. I cant find a word to describe it, the word to describe this service is not yet discovered. now i get home and my hair pins where not in my plastic bag which were purchased. do i have to drive my car for 30km to fetch them? what kind of managers are these, are they trained?
