Pathetic service and attitude from staff

On 28/02/2013 at about 16:30 we went to Game to have a look at the the Safeway Moto X1 Car set that was on sale. After having to walk around and look for someone to help us and then being send from the one person to the next we finally got someone who went and fetched us the seat as there were non on display. This person gave us the seat and disappeared, not waiting to answer any questions we had about the seat. The seat that was given to us was not covered in plastic and did not have an instruction manual with it. After again having to look for some one to help us, we found some one who couldn't answer any of our questions and when we asked for the instruction manual we were told there is none which I find very hard to believe. We decide to take the seat and when we got to the pay point there was no barcode and again we had to wait while someone went to look for a price, again we asked for the instruction manual and were just ignored. When we asked for the instruction manual for the probably the fifth time the lady turned to another staff member said something in a language that we don't understand and laughed.
This is really pathetic and I'm still without an instruction manual!
