Suspended service with no warning

My service was suspended with no warning. 8ta has an ongoing problem with their accounts. I've been trying to get them to correct the matter since 2011. It seems that they are completely incapable of resolving this issue. I paid my account IMMEDIATELY after they suspended me and sent proof of payment, and all I get is an email stating that it will take 72 HOURS to reactivate my account. I can't believe that nobody from 8ta has even picked up a phone to contact me. I know they're going to post some kind of silly thing like "We sent you a mail blah blah blah..." UNSUSPEND my account and FIX the billing problem!!! It's been frustrating enough that I've reported the matter to ICASA
