A promise we make is a promise we break

On the 22/12/2012 I gave my TV in for repairs their promie on their boards say that in 3 weeks if it is no given back to me it will be repaced or refunded so 3 weeks later I contact. This department to enquire about the tv to hich I am told it not 3 weeks but 21 working days to my knowlage they (game) works 7 days a week I ask to speak to a manage but convienantly was to busy to take my call left my cell number did not get a call back was told to wait for tv to come back in next or so this was 12/1/2013. I called back on 13/1/2013 to speak to the manage again same response can't get hold of him left message again .is this the way they keep promises on their repair slip they tell 10 working day if u do accept quotes they will give u 3month to pick goods does this mean the working day that add up to 3months coS the school I went to 3 weeks meant striaght forward 3 weeks 21 days
