Dreadful after sales service

I have had the most appauling service from Game in Gateway. An Acer netbook was purchased in November last year. Not even a few weeks later it was given in for repairs.it took a good few weeks to get back. Even though we were very dissapointed with the lack of communication between Game and my sister who purchased the Netbook, we decided to ignore it. The laptop was then given in for having the same problem on the 5th of Feb 2013 and we were advised that it would take about 2 weeks to repair .this was achieved after chaing around Calvin from the IT department.three weeks lter the laptop was still not repaired. Long story short only four weeks after giving in the laptop did we get it back and it is still not done to my sisters satisfaction since the cover isnt put back on properly an looks warped. Even though it clearly states that if a repair takes longer than 3 weeks we have a right to get a full refund. Note i said your sign says three weeks.so when i ask for a refund i am told its 21 working days and not three weeks as your sign says.i have wasted my petrol by keep driving to the store. Wasted my time and effort. Please resolve as i cannot type in the full story
