I refer to repair collection slip 0071/00050759 regarding the repairs on my Ryobi Petrol Trimmer. The trimmer was handed in due to a few problems. I did this on the 5th of January and I was told that the suppliers only opened a week later. I told the consultant that they had three weeks to fix it since I cannot sit without a trimmer.

I was told that they would make a note that I need it back as soon as possible.

I went to Game on Saturday, 25 January 2014 and the consultant told me that the trimmer is not back yet. She printed the repair slip again and promised to phone me on Monday to tell me how long they will take.

My problem is the following:
1) Your store does not keep to promises. (They do not call back and they do not try to stick to their promised deadlines.)
2) Your receipts clearly state that returned product will not take longer that three weeks to be repaired. (Your promise on the receipts is clearly a lie, since you have to stick to that promise according to the consumer protection act...)
3) It has been almost 4 weeks now and my yard looks like the Kruger Nation Park at this stage, because I cannot trim the grass around the trees and along the walls.
