No response after TV was taken in for repairs

My TV which I purchased from Game Galleria started giving me problems with no picture appearing on the screen. I contacted Game Sure which I had taken an extended warranty with. I then telephoned Game Sure on 03/03/2013 and I was told someone will be sent to pick it up for repairs. I had no response for 3 days. I then contacted the manager and his response was that he will get someone by the name of Sahdia to contact me which I waited for a further day and then took it upon myself to phone Sahdia. I was given a telephone no.by Sahdia to speak to a technician to pick up the TV. The person fetched the TV 07/03. Since then I kept phoning the technician who kept saying he is working on the problem. On the 14/03 I spoke to a man named Gopalan who said he will check on it and get someone to call me back which I am still waiting for after numerous phone calls. After 2 weeks I still didn't receive my TV as yet. Had I know it would be so much trouble I would not have insured with Game Sure Extended warranty in the first place.
