Poor service at branch

On Saturday 12/01/2013 I was at the branch, firstly when I entered the branch there were 2 staff personel and not one was interested in helping me cut a key, then when they decided to help me they had no stock of the template keys. When I wanted to pay for the keys that they actually had he said that they don't accept card payments but the card machine was standing there, I then paid in cash and the guy who helped me had such a bad attitude he threw my change to the counter and turned his back on me. I think it is unacceptable behaviour from retailer and it creates a bad image for this company which I have always supported
