They take orders and payment, but never supply!

My order paid for in full on 3 Dec 2013, after they confirmed everything is in stock.
A week later, still no response from them. No waybill number, no contact.
Many phone calls later and dozens of emails go un-answered.
Eventually they say they were out of stock of one item (so why not let me know?), but it was expected within a few days. another 2 weeks go by, and it is impossible to make telephone contact, and no emails get answered.
After eventually making contact again, they say the goods have been despatched.
I ask for a waybill number, they promise to call back within the hour with the details.
ANOTHER two weeks go by without any contact, and again all my emails go unanswered.
Dozens of phone messages left for Suzanne, who never calls back, not responds to emails.
On 21 January 2014, I manage to get her on the phone. She now blames the "wharehouse", promises to call back withing the hour... two days later, still no call, and she is never available on the phone, nor does she return messages.
SCAMSTER! Do not order from them... they are quick to invoice and accept your payment, but they do not follow up at all once they have your money.
