There furniture that i never had

I went to furniture city about 15 months ago to buy furniture and i found the sofa's i was looking for. i signed all the necessary documents and i was promised that the stock will be delivered by Tuesday the following. On that Tuesday the delivery guys did come through. I called the shop the following day and i was told the the will come on Saturday. they did come on Saturday but they came with an incomplete set. while the delivery guys were in my house we called the warehouse manager and i was assured that the missing piece will be delivered the following Tuesday. That was one of may unfulfilled promises made by different people from furniture city, first i was told the the piece come from nelspruit and it will be delivered soon. Nelspruit is a day trip but nothing came through, then i was told it comes from the UK, still nothing came through. i had a run around with furniture city for about 10 months with no luck. in December last year i went to see the manager and he seem to be helpful. i was sold that he would help me . he arrange for the whole set to be collected from my place in January, i have been waiting since then, i don't want anything but cancel this account
