Hi my name is Tebogo and I would like to share this with you. On the 16 Feb '13 I bought a blazer and I had a R50 voucher but the cashier made a 50% discount. On Sunday a guy from the store came to my workplace to let me know and I told him he could have called and not embarrass me at work I also told him that i'm not giving them permission to do anything on my account. On Tuesday the store manager called and told me that the mistake has been rectified without my permission and she told me that without my permission but its not written anywhere, I felt that I was robbed of a precious gift then I called their customer service to complain. Dumisani called me on Friday and said he couldnt get hold of the manager he'll call on Monday and he did call. I'm very angry because when the same store overcharged me nobody called me to correct the error I handled it on my own but now they are quick to do so because its costing them, but I want my discount back or maybe get it for free. I'm not happy at all, what do I do
