I am a regular buyer at Mr Price Clothing and Home, so naturally with the launch of the online site I was extremely excited to make my purchases online - that excitement has no worn off. I placed an order Saturday day afternoon, and paid for the Store Express (1 - 3 days) delivery. I am well aware that it would be working days so Wednesday according to my maths would be the delivery day.By Tuesday my status had not changed so I phoned and I was told that it had been shipped and that it would be delivered on Wednesday. I was fine with this. It is now Wednesday and nearly 3pm and I have heard and received nothing so I phoned customer care again. I was told by Courtney that even though my order was placed on Saturday, they don't look at the orders until Monday - that's right they don't organize the orders for dispatch on the Monday but they ONLY LOOK AT THE ORDERS ON THE MONDAY. This being I told her that I had been told that the package would be delivered today, she tells me no it will probably be tomorrow - so WHY did I BOTHER PAYING A DELIVERY FEE when I don't receive my package. She also says she can't contact the couriers except via email. IS THIS HOW YOU RUN A COMPANY?
