Late delivery for item bought in Dec

On the 12th of Deceember i purchased a Queen size base set from Furniture City at San Ridge square in Midrand. i did explain to the salesperson, Jacob, that i needed it delivered before Friday because i was leaving the country for 3 weeks. i was told that it would be delivered on the Thursday the 14th. Nothing was delivered on that day. i went back on the 15th to ask if it was gonna be delivered and i was given word that it was gonna be delivered before i leave that afternoon. again, nothing was delivered.

i called Jacob on Monday the 7th of January and as before i was given word that it would be delivered on Tuesday. Today is Thursday and again, still no calls about deliverery.

Beacuse of such shocking service, i have made up my mind that if the bed set does not get delivered by Friday evening, i am cancelling the order and request re-imbursement.
