I enquired if my contract had expired and what were the steps to be taken. I was offered an upgrade which I took and promised it would be delivered the latest Wednesday as I was going on leave. I offered to collect at the headoffice and was told I could not collect it. Then I was told I would be contacted on Tuesday to confirm delivery nothing happened I have spent Tuesday afternoon, Wednesday and Thursday phoning and phoning. I get the phone put down on me. I get put through to another phone. Nobody seems to understand that I am not there. The company has closed. The phoned cannot be delivered there. I am now told to phone tomorrow or allow them to deliver 3 times and then they will take it back to the head office. I am then liable for the fees. NOW REALLY FIRST YOU DO NOT HELP ME AND THEN YOU TELL ME TO LET THEM DELIVER 3 TIMES FOR NOTHING. HOW RIDICULOUS AND STUPID CAN THIS BE. I WANT THE TOTAL CONTRACT CANCELLED. I WILL CANCEL MY DEBIT ORDER WITH BANK AND WILL NOT BE PAYING THIS.
