FAKE EARRINGS FROM AMERICAN SWIZZ!!!

My husband bought me earrings as Christmas gift from American Swizz in Pretoria Church Street on the 24th December 2013. He paid R800 for those earrings and after 2 weeks the earring started to change the colour became rusty. On the 13 January 2014 I went to back to the branch to explain to them and I was told that those earrings are fusion and that is why they become rusty so I need to clean them every day. They could not help me and Judith believe to be the branch manager said there is nothing they can do referred me to Customer Service. I did not want refund but to EXCHANGE and she refused, same day she also told fellow complainant who came to complain about his wedding ring he bought in October and already changed the colour to rusty as well to do whatever he wants to do but they cannot help him as well. I feel sorry for fellow Cizitens who are buying at American Swizz because as we speak it sells FAKE JEWELLERY. When we buy jewellery from stores like american swizz we buy with confidence believing that the jewellery is Genuine and Real ONLY AFTER PURCHASE YOU FIND THE JEWELLERY BEING FAKE. I am not happy with the service and not happy with the GOODS I bought, PLEASE HELP
