Dion Wired. Will never buy from them again

In 2009 I purchased a Whirlpool Oven and Gas Hob with an extended warranty.
In January this year I had a problem with the oven and requested an extended warranty repair. Nothing happened so I eventually went to the store to follow up. Despite having an extended warranty document Dion Wired said my oven was not in fact covered as when I paid for the warranty for both items they in error did not charge me for the extended warranty for the oven. They said as it was their mistake they would pay for the repair however they would in future no longer honour the warranty. Dionwired advised Whirlpool and I received a sms from Whirlpool with a repair reference number and was told the repair would be done with in 8 working hours. Nothing happened so I began chasing Whirlpool to do the repair but was always told they were waiting on the part which had to be replaced. Now June I phoned Whirlpool again only to be told Doinwired had reneged on their agreement to pay for the repair so nothing was happening. No one from Whirlpool or Dionwired had the courtesy to phone me back to explain the situation.

Really pathetic service
