Toshiba laptop worst quality

I am completely unsatisfied with one of the products that I have purchased from Dion Wired in Bedford Centre. This has been the 3rd laptop of which I have purchased and by far the worst, despite the high spec of that actual laptop, I believe poor quality and design flaw is the case here.

I purchased a Toshiba satalite A665-11z (what a mistake) in the 1st month I had to bring it back as the hard drive was faulty, and it was fixed and returned to a couple months later, I thought nothing of it but last year had to bring it back in again as the touch panel and hard drive once again was not working to the correct spec as well as the laptop shutting itself down as it was overheating... this was returned to me a few weeks later again...
This weekend I had taken it back to the store (3rd time) and I have lost my sense of humor with this piece of, despite getting terrible service from the staff there, the laptop is once again in for repairs as it is again overheating, and freezing. dion wired has a warranty which repairs laptops, but the quality is poor, hence the continuation of my problem. i want it swopped out as im unconvinced of this problem coming to an end.
