I applied for a new Clicks Credit Card online on the 13th Feb 2013. Received a reference number and an instruction to email documents. Docs were sent as instructed within 1 hour of completing the online process. Called the following day to find out progress and spent and hour sorting out personal details and answering questions - the outcome: my new Clicks Credit Card would be delivered within the next 5-7 working days and that the courier company would contact me. Called yesterday to find out progress and was told that there is outstanding docs that they are waiting to get from me. Made my feelings of their utter incompetence known and sent through MORE info. Call this morning only to be told that they had given me the incorrect email address and should send to another address. Dutifully re-sent email to new address-received an sms half an hour ago to say that they need a letter from my accountant to confirm my income as I am self employed! I am employed full time and sent a confirmation of EMPLOYMENT! Have just finished a ph call -they have now lost my bank stmnts and have to RESEND to the incorrect mail addy from yesterday. Where is my private info? worst service EVER!
