Incompetent home loans/ back room dept

I applied for a further loan on an existing home loan in Oct 2013. i was told to fax certain docs to them. i went into the branch and had them fax the 34 pgs. a few days later i was informed that they did not receive anything. i returned to the same branch and had everything re-faxed and got a confirmation for the fax. In Dec 2013, i called the call centre only to be told that all the docs was still outstanding. i obtained an email address and emailed all the docs twice. i called again to confirm receipt of the outstanding docs. i was told no and that i should try to fax it again. so i did.
Upon a follow up call in Jan 2014, no luck still and and was advised to email it to the person on the line and he would forward it to the relevant dept. A follow up call again today 15/01/2014 revealed no updates with respect to the outstanding docs. I am outraged by the level of service I have been given by std bank. It is unacceptable that this app has taken 3 months so far and they still have done nothing, which is of no fault on my part. in these 3 months I have no one has been in contact with me which made me have to run behind them to get any info. I find it incompetent and want action taken
