Credit Card Pin numbe

This is now the worst service ever, since I got my clicks credit card I had a problem with my pin number, I called and the lady called me back with a temporary pin I asked her 9f i can change it at the ATM she replied yes, that same day I walked into clicks just to try it out and believe me the message I got that the pin number was invalid.
I walked into clicks again today and the same thing happened to me, I called and the best they can do is I have to wait for 48hours for a new pin the pin they have posted to me took 2 months before I received it in the post after I was told it takes 7 days.
Is this a good card to use if they cannot provide a pin for you within 1 hour?
