Pedistals that were damaged during delivery

On October 2010 i bought a bedroom suite in Morkels Germiston they were delivered at home in Libode EC on the 28th Dec 2010 the pedistals were damaged and i refuse to take them the delivery man return with them until today i didnt get them. I have been communicating with Mildred and Simangele who even promise me that they will be delivered on the4th July 2012. This is so frustrating cause early this year I have been communicating with Mildred who promised me that Manager from Morkels Germiston will call me but until today i am still waiting as I have finished paying this on the 30th December 2010. I have been calling East London warehouse and they give me numbers for Bongile in Umtata who is also not willing to assist that is why i am putting my trust in you.
