I called the Clicks Credit Card call centre on 19/07/2013 requesting a settlement letter for my credit. Was advised that it normally takes 7 days, however they would try and have the letter done within 24 hours. I followed up on 02/08/2013 as nothing was received, advised that it was urgent that I received the letter the same day, was only advised that the person would send it through to somebody to deal with. When I asked that I be cc'd in the email, I was advised that they weren't allowed to give out somebody else email address. Which I find is ridiculous as it would be the person who is dealing with my request, making it difficult for me to follow up on my request. Call in today, 05/08/2013 as I still haven't received the letter and was advised that I need to send an email. Advised the consultant that I wasn't asked to send an email the previous two times that I called. Apparently they tried to send the email, but I didn't receive it and they didn't even try to call me to confirm the details.
