I purchased a Edblo 152cm mattress and base from Dial-a-bed Chatsworth on 27 December 2011. On or about September 2012 I experienced problems with the bed, we contacted the store who had somebody visit our home and inspect the bed. We were told that we will be given a new bed. Due to there being no stock of our bed, we were asked to come in and chose a new bed, which we did on 2 December 2012 and were told that we should receive delivery of the bed before Christmas. To date, we have not received our bed! when we call the store and communicate with Sharm, we receive nothing but bad attitude and. On 10 January 2013 we were told that suppliers are still closed so i told Sharm that should we not have a bed by 28 January 2013 that i want a full refund of my money to which she agreed. when i called back on 28 January 2013, i once again received more bad attitude and. On February 2013 Sharm contacted my mother-in-law and advised that the bed will be delivered during the week of February 11 - 16. Today is the 20th February and still no bed. Dial-a-bed not only has poor service but the manager is rude and is full of.
