Our Mattress has a problem

We purchased a Sealy Mattress from Dial*a*Bed in George W/Cape in November 2012. We contacted the store near the end of February and we were told that the lady that could help us was on leave. We left it for a week and called again and found that a complaint was logged but nothing followed up. After speaking to Linda at the branch she told us that she would follow it up. I told her that the call centre had phoned and spoken to us approved with a reference claim no for the return. End of March we again contacted her and she told us that the mattress has to be ordered from their warehouse. She then called me a week or two later and told me that they first want us to send in our mattress and they would then inspect it? They would then send us a new mattress, even though we had an approval and claim no. I told her that this is impossible as where do we sleep. She would call me back after speaking to the lady that requested us first returning our mattress for inspection, No call back? A person can hear the springs when getting up and is definitely a factory default problem. I phoned again today to follow up, again no call back? She told me she needs to check on her system
