Damaged Goods Still Not Replaced

I bought an Edblo bed from Dial A Bed in Arbour Town in Dec 2011. In the middle of last year I noticed the bed starting caving in. I contacted Dial A Bed and a representative from Edblo was sent out to evaluate the bed. After the evaluation the Edblo Representative agreed that there is a problem with the bed and it needs to be changed and Edblo will send a new bed to Dial A Bed because that is where I bought the bed and they will deliver it from there. To this date I have still not received the new bed and when I call Dial A Bed and speak to the Manager Hans Lansen he tells me that he will contact Edblo and come back to me which he never does. This is becoming very frustrating as the bed was supposed to be changed at the beginning of November 2012. I cannot seem to get any assistance from Dial A Bed and I cannot seem to understand why Edblo to this day has still not delivered the new bed to Dial A Bed so I am not sure who the fault is laying with but as a customer this is appalling service that I am receiving from both parties. Why must it take so long to replace inadequate goods and why am I getting fobbed off by Dial A Bed everytime I call them to find out what is going on
