Order was cancelled for no reason

I placed an order on [URL Removed] aka Citymob on the 12.11.2013. if you don't pay by credit card you can pay via EFT with in 2 hours of placing your Order. I payed immediately after placing my order and emailed the POP to the provided email add. they don't have any other contact details on there web side (no fax or alternative email add).
After i did not hear any thing regarding the order or got an update about the delivery till the 24.11.13, i looked in to my acc and wanted to check the status. this is wan i realised that my order was cancelled, i immediately checked my credit but i was not credited for the money i eft to them.
i send the POP again and also send an email to the support team. no one called my, so i called them.
long story shot, i was told they did not get the POP and this is the reason my order to cancelled.
what i don't understand is that in the replay email they say that the orders get cancelled after 1 week if no payment is made. may payment was made with in an hours of placing the order and it must have reflected on there bank acc the next day. and how come they never credited the money to my account with them and just kept quiet!
