Poor service delivery

I placed an order with Daddy Deals 25th Nov 2013
Since i have placed my order i have not received any details regarding my shipment.

I have phoned numerous times, but no one can give me the status of the order or inform if this is in fact on its way?
Not even my emails are getting answered.

I spoke with a lady in the call centre, whom informed me she will send me a tracking number for the delivery.
Yet, nothing has been received.

On Daddy Deals Nitty Gritty they state delivery will commence within 21 working days from the ordering date.
Today has been 20 days, and still NO confirmation on the status?

I place a lot of orders online and have never experienced this frustration regarding poor service and no details regarding delivery.
