HOW LONG CAN IT TAKE???

I've placed an order online (Redsquare account) on the 22/8/2013. The delivery terms clearly states delivery in major centres is 2-5 working days. This is now 8 working days later and still no delivery has been made. I've have phoned the call centre number now 6 times already (since 27/8/2013 up until today 02/09/13). The staff for some reason battles to pick up my order on their system using my order no, shipping no and invoice no. When they eventually do find the order, i am always given conflicting information on when i will receive my order or why this is taking so long. 3 of those employees have promised to phone me back, till now i am still waiting for a call. Online shopping is supposed to be quick and convenient, but i've found this to be most irritating and frankly an absolute waste of time. This is my first time buying online from Redsquare and honestly dont think i ever will again. My experience with other companies was much better than this. Will I still receive my order in this lifetime?
