I am very disappointed with the service I have received from CNA online so far. I was very excited when I found out that I could actually purchase something that I really wanted from CNA without having to go into one of their stores, but that ehas turned into regret.

I made an order online on the 30th of September 2013 and an email was promptly sent to my email to confirm that my order had been received and that I could receive my package within 2 - 10 days. It's been more than 10 days and I still don't know if I will ever receive the package.

Over the past 10 days, I've called their customer centre and spoken to more than 5 consultants and their response has always been that the order is still being processed at the warehouse. Does it really take so long to process one order? Or is CNA not telling the truth because they don't actually have the item in stock?

Customer service is extremely poor and I still can't believe that CNA/Edcon allows this type of service to continue. At this stage I would actually prefer to have the order cancelled. Will try other stores that actually care about the service they offer.
