PATHETIC SERVICE FROM ONLINE SHOPPING

Purchased merchandise on Mr Price Online Shopping on 02/08/2013, phoned them monday thereafter, checked the order status still showed submitted & money was deducted from my account. no one knew what the problem was, no one got back to me. phoned again to ask to cancel the order & refund money, they say they never received the money & problem was on their side on the website. have been following up constantly since then with Mr Price via call cntr & email consultant, but she only responds when she feels like it it seems. my bank cannot release money till they get confirmation from Mr P that order was cancelled. A week after my last phone call asking them to just send me confirmation or an email saying the order is cancelled so that i can get my money back i still get no feedback from them. This has been the worst experience ever with a retail store. i would never recommend anyone to make use of Mr P's online facility as this is not the first time they mess up an order and it costs me to drive to a store to fix it. Pathetic Service. All i want is a cancellation confirmation. What else can i do to get this done before my query goes into 2 mnths!!???
