I purchased early learning center puzzles etc for my sons 2nd birthday (16 Feb) I ordered and paid for it on the 4th February 2013. The response informed me that it would be delivered between 10am and 2pm on the 7th February 2013. On Monday the 11th February I contacted the shop online call centre and spoke to a lady. She informed me that dispatch was busy with the 2pm deliveries and she would call me back as soon as possible. Needless to say I am still waiting for that call. My husband then phoned on the 13th February and spoke to Andi who said she will follow up and get back to him asap. She never did. On the Thursday 14th February he phoned again and spoke to Andi she said she would contact the store and arrange for delivery and get back to us. She still didn't. My husband contacted them this morning again (15th February) and we were informed that its east gates fault as they were suppose to arrange the delivery. I then contacted her and said today is the last day its my sons birthday tomorrow they must cancel the order I want my money back ASAP.

Woolworths WILL NEVER SEE ME OR MY MONEY again. I will tell everyone I know and who will listen how pathetic they are.
