1 year and still waiting

I applied for my sons surname change in March 2012 to be advised it will take 6 months.

In may they informed me the documents was not submitted had to go there again to do this. Jan 2013 the documents was not done and was advised it was due to Head offices moving office. February I spoke to 3 managers at Belville and all said that they will get back to me. The famous words of someone in a state department.

11th of Feb 2013 Head office informed me that they never received the forms and that Bellville should fax it again. I proved them the detail even the fax number. on the 25th of February when I phoned Bellville it was still not done.

Today, 7th of March there systems is down. There complaints line dont work.

Any one have a person or an idea how I can get my sons birth certificate?
