Poor customer service and deliver on promisses

I contacted dial direct between the 14th and 17th February 2013 to get a Tom Tom device. The agent advised that the debit order for February will go off on the 21st and
the device will be delivered on within 48 hours. I confirmed a number of times if he is sure that it will be delivered because I need it ASAP because I will be out of the country.
The agent on numerous occasions said yes I will get it.
On the 21st when the payment got deducted I contact lectron jus to find out that the agent it takes 7 working days. I wasted time and airtime to keep contacting dial direct, to find
out what the situation is, the manager Paul contacted me once and advised that he will get back to me but never did, when I call he is never available, a consultant Shazia also promised on
numerous occasion that she will get back to me but never did, when I try to contact her she is always busy. I then spoke to Bavna which claim she is a manager which also gave we hope and a
guarantee that it would be delivered to me by Monday afternoon, the devise was never delivered.
Beverly then phoned me on the 26th apologizing because the apparently done everything in their power to get it delivered.
