I went to the store on the 9th of January2013 to sigd up a contract and the deposit of R4200 was paid. A few days laters I decided to cancel the contract and went back to the store on the 14th. The necessary process was followed to cancel and I was told that the deposit will be refunded back in a week or 2 since they don't have money in the store. 2 weeks passed by and no one contacted me I called their call centre to intervine as no one. Was getting back to me. They called the store and aasked the store to give me the money back., Guess What! Mpho jumped nd she said no eft will be paid back I must waait until the have a cash payments even though she doesn't knowhow long Its going to take. As per the Customer Law I was suppose to get my money back in 15days. Maybe they think that I will be rich with that money. I m giving them 24hours to get back to me or this is going to the tv an Radio.
