Paying for the goods but not recieving them

So on Thursday The 14/02/2013 I ordered hair extensions and leggings from La Bella Clothing-Shoes. I got told i would have them by Sunday the 17/02/2013.

On 18/02/2013 i still had not received them was also deleted off BBM and she was not replying to my smses and was not answering my phone calls as well as no replies on facebook.

20/02/2013 i got told she would deliver them to my house they still did not arrive. Now today i look and she has deleted me as a friend off her so called Company as well as blocked me off her personal fb acc.

If anyone knows how i can go about getting my money back please let me know as there have been alot of girls writing on her wall saying they have not received their items and its been over a month and they have also been deleted off everything with no replies.
