Still awaiting cash refund over one week

I bought goods from the store in cash, and after moving into my new apartment realized that there wasn't going to be enough place for the new furniture. Tried contacting the store from day of purchase and couldn't get through for three days! After finally getting through on the forth day made arrangements to cancel the order with the manager. I was then told I could not get my cash refund straight away unless the store made that amount of money within the day! I then had to wait another four days later till I could go to the store personally to give in bank statements and such. I was then told to wait more days so head office could do an eft transaction into my account. It is now the fifth day since I was told that, almost two weeks since I made the purchase. It is a great inconvience that I have to wait sooooo long for my cash refund. Money that I could utilize else were. Extremely poor service from furniture city. I surely won't be going back
