We had just purchased a Bed at House paid with a Debit Card; minute's later returned to the store to cancel my purchase as i had a change of mind. Returned to the store the staff was of no help all i was told we cannot give your money back leave your details we will see, if the store did not have the Cash i paid by card, which would mean the money would be reversed back into my account. Then came the Manager his attitude absolutely appalling.
