Waiting for device

I have been read the numerous complaints about the poor delivery from Digital Planet so I decided to call the call centre to confirm if I would recieve my Ipad today as I was informed.
Guess what?? they now tell me that there is a delay and my item hasnt even been sent to Durban yet, let alone being delivered to me!!!
So here I am sitting and waiting for a delivery that will not arrive today, and I dont even get a call to inform me.
Pathetic service delivery, makes me wonder if I will recieve my order tomorrow as I was now told!
