REALLY BAD SERVICE!!!

Bought a corset that I wasn't entirely happy with. Paid R250 for it. Went back to the store a couple of days later to exchange for one size larger. Wahda, the supervisor, told me she would order one in XL and that it would be there by December 22nd 2012. I went on Christmas Eve, and she told me it wasn't there. Went back December 27th, and she told me they didn't have it. I then contacted the regional manager, Shanila, who said she would source one from the Richard"s Bay branch. I went back a few days later, and the item I was expected to take was an entirely different garment. It was not a corset, but some kind of teddy. When I phoned her, Shanila then told me she told me before that they did not have the garment I had in stock. She said no such thing. They don't do refunds, which I understand, but I've been left with a piece of lingerie I do not want to wear. I want a resolution. Soon. It's almost been a month and I am not happy with this. They just left it, like I must just accept what I got. I am going to the Consumer Board with Just Undies.
