Home Choice are and have bad attitude

Firstly they called and confirmed the order, then delivered a wrong parcel then wanted me to pop out my money to send it back after telling me that the one i ordered was out of stock... and ended up losing R56.95 and no refund... then called after some time, telling me that they have not received the parcel and they know where it is but it has not reached them... now they told me that because of that i have to pay the instalment monthly while they are waiting for their parcel... i mean what is a of nonsense is that, should i pay for something that i don't have... they are i even curse the day i made an order with them don't know what got to me...
