I ordered 2 comforters at home choice in October and was told I will get 1 free. When the order arrived it was totally wrong. There was only 1 duvet which looked like it was old damaged goods. I called them and was told that I can return the goods and they will refund Me the costs I have encountered while returning the goods.

No one from the store has been calling me to let me know how far are they with the process. I used to call them each week and they will tell me they haven't received the returned goods. Until the other day I called and was told they did receive the goods and that they have seen the email that I have sent with the invoice for the refund.

One morning their agent called and asked me what was was. Wrong with the order. I told her that the order was totally wrong not what I have ordered, then she said clearly they were out of stock. I said but you should have called and notified me that you don't have stock and I would have ordered something instead of giving me a wrong order, Now I spent R600, 00 returning that parcel of which you people said you will refund however even today I
I am not refunded.

I want my money back, your service is pathetic.
