I ordered a comforter set in July and was promised delivery the next week. I did not receive anything and phoned them a month later just to be told they were out of stock. Nobody however bothered to inform me. I was then informed that stock will arrive in October. I received stock early October just to discover the agents recorded the incorrect order and send me the duvet set instead of the comforter set. I sent it back (at my own cost because they do not send courier again) and phoned again today the 14th of October just to be told it has not arrived yet. I phoned my post office who confirmed that parcel was delivered in CT on the 4th of October 2013 but was not collected yet. I phoned the call centre again and was only told they cannot do anything if they do not have the slip from the PO. I suggested they follow up on their side since it has been at the PO for 10 days and was informed by very rude agent that they cannot do it - it is in the PO hands. The order I have placed is for a much more expensive item and one would think they will go the extra mile to try and assist!!! Absolutely shocking and very frustrating
